If I’m honest, I spent most of my younger life doing exactly that… counting calories, cutting foods, punishing my body, and unknowingly wrecking my hormones and mental health in the process.
It wasn’t until later — when I finally shifted my focus from losing weight to regaining my health — that everything changed for me.
My energy returned. My mood stabilised. My digestion healed. My cravings quietened.
And the weight?
It came off naturally… and stayed off.
Now I spend my days turning fat-loss science into simple, usable, real-life hacks anyone can follow — without starving, without suffering, and without sacrificing a social life.
Outside of this website, you’ll find me on long walks with any dog I can befriend, sipping tea (never coffee… yikes), or simplifying the latest research so you don’t have to.
