Hi, I’m Nova :) the person who refuses to let you waste another decade “trying” to lose weight the wrong way!

If I’m honest, I spent most of my younger life doing exactly that… counting calories, cutting foods, punishing my body, and unknowingly wrecking my hormones and mental health in the process.

It wasn’t until later — when I finally shifted my focus from losing weight to regaining my health — that everything changed for me.

My energy returned. My mood stabilised. My digestion healed. My cravings quietened.
And the weight?
It came off naturally… and stayed off.

Now I spend my days turning fat-loss science into simple, usable, real-life hacks anyone can follow — without starving, without suffering, and without sacrificing a social life.

Outside of this website, you’ll find me on long walks with any dog I can befriend, sipping tea (never coffee… yikes), or simplifying the latest research so you don’t have to.

Hi, I’m Thomas, the behind-the-scenes researcher at BellyFatHacks and the guy who gets way too excited about understanding how the human body actually works.

Like many people, I used to think fat loss was just about “eating less and moving more.” But the more I studied metabolism, hormones, gut health, sleep, stress, and nutrient timing… the more obvious it became:

This whole thing is a science.
A predictable one.
A practical one.
And absolutely not something anyone should have to guess their way through.

My role here is simple: I dig through the messy research, the conflicting studies, the sensationalised claims — and then translate it all into clear, honest, no-nonsense insights you can actually use in real life.

I’m not here to impress you with big words or pretend to be a guru. I’m here because I genuinely believe people deserve better information… and because I’ve watched Nova’s transformation firsthand. When she healed her body, everything changed — and I know it can for you, too.

Outside of the science side of BFH, I love early morning walks, strength training that makes sense, and being the unofficial “tea refiller” in our home.
